As a therapist, my priority is creating a personalized treatment plan that helps each client move toward their unique goals. I work collaboratively with clients to explore and clarify what matters most to them, and to take meaningful steps toward a life that reflects those values. I believe that each person is the expert on their own life, and my role is to support, guide, and empower them as they move toward the life they want to build. After four years of providing therapy exclusively to college students, I am transitioning into private practice so I can serve a broader range of individuals. My practice, Rocky Pine Counseling, is named after my home, the Rocky Pine Ranch—a place where I personally experienced stability, growth, and healing. My hope is that Rocky Pine Counseling can offer that same sense of safety, support, and possibility for you.
